Yoga is the sister science of Ayurveda and we will begin our
journey with a rejuvenating practice of Yoga in the morning to
centre and awaken our senses, followed by an insight into the
science of Ayurveda. We will then take a walk through the beautiful trees and down to the lake of Liss Ard Estate before lunch. You can either bring lunch to share or eat in the lovely cafe
at Liss Ard.
In the afternoon learn how Ayurveda can help you individually, touching on diet and health issues and complete the day with
a super relaxing restorative Yoga including Yoga Nidra to send
you on your way feeling restful, restored and inspired!

Claire Rosewood is a qualified Ayurvedic Therapist and Practitioner, Yoga Teacher
and Therapist, practicing yoga since 1988 and teaching Yoga since 2004. She is
also a qualified Physical Therapist.
